The price for the digital guest registration form depends on the number of forms you generate per month. The range of features for reporting, statistics, and tax purposes depends on the country where your accommodation is located.

The number of guest sheets you submit per month determines the price per guest sheet.

Prices are as per the published ibindo price list. Country-specific features and conditions for your accommodation can be found during registration. We are happy to assist you with any questions regarding usage outside of Austria.

in the price?
A guest sheet is the billing unit. Your monthly usage determines the price level.
What features are included?
The package includes a digital guest directory, exports, data backup, and support at all volume levels. Overnight stay statistics and local tax calculation are included in the Austrian package. For accommodations in other countries, we will gladly clarify which features and conditions are suitable.
How often is billing carried out?
Billing is done monthly. The relevant terms and conditions will be displayed during registration or in your contract documents.
Can I start small?
Yes. For 0 to 3 guest sheets per month, the published price list specifies a price of €0 per guest sheet. This allows you to get to know ibindo in everyday rental practice.
