Is it possible to fill out the guest registration form without an account?
Yes. Full manual input remains possible. My ibindo is a voluntary convenience for guests.
What information is stored in the profile?
The profile contains basic personal information for future guest forms. ID photos, ID numbers, and signatures are not part of the reusable guest profile.
What happens when an account is deleted?
Guests can export their profile and request the deletion of their guest account. Previously submitted guest forms remain separate from this profile and are subject to the applicable retention requirements.
Does this also help with international stays?
My ibindo uses the shared database of the Austrian and Global guest sheets. The additional information required for a stay depends on the accommodation and the supported country rules.
